Our Booking PolicyAllow a few hours for staff to reach out after booking. For PRP, a Referral Form must be signed by a Psychiatrist, CRNP-PMH, Psychologist, LCSW-C, LCPC, APRN-PMH, LCMFT, LCADC, LCPAT, LGMFT, LGADC. Other providers need a supervisor to sign the form

This Team is the best! I booked my appointment online and they called to do a screening and set up an appointment with the therapist in less than 2 days. Then the guy who assisted me really took the time to answer all my questions. Very very patiently!
